Eau Claire County Temporary Moratorium on CAFOs

Citizen support is needed to pass an ordinance in Eau Claire County imposing a temporary moratorium on the expansion and creation of large-scale livestock facilities pending a 12-month study. This proposal will be considered at the Sept. 11th meeting of the Committee on Planning and Development:
