Matt Rothschild, Executive Director of the Wisconsin Democracy Campaign, will discuss partisan gerrymandering and the effects that it has on voting, such as loss of equal representation for citizens, less choice of candidates for an office, muffling of political speech for minorities, and hyper partisanship.
