Notice is hereby given that the
Democratic Party of the 3rd Congressional District of Wisconsin will hold its annual convention on
Saturday, May 4, 2019

Registration will take place from 9:00AM-10:30AM, with the call to order being promptly at 10:00 AM. Please plan to arrive no later than 10:30AM.

RESOLUTIONS - Each county may submit up to 10 resolutions for consideration at the 3rd CD convention. All resolutions must be date stamped in the chair email box by11:59pm Saturday, April 20th. Send your resolutions to 3rddemsWI@gmail.com with RESOLUTIONS in the subject line and in the proper format. (see separate instructions)

DELEGATES - Send your lists of delegates and alternates, including their contact information, to 3rddemsWI@gmail.com with DELEGATES in the subject line. Delegate submissions must be date stamped by 11:59pm, Saturday, April 20th. All delegates and alternates must have their party membership dues paid by 11:59pm, Saturday, April 20th as well.

Pre-paid registration is $25. Delegates are urged to register online or by mail prior to April 20, 2019 so we have a head count for food. Pay at the door fee is $30 cash or check only. If you do not pre-register, please come prepared as we can’t make change. You may pay online with a credit or debit card after March 15th using the links athttp://3rddemswi.nationbuilder.com/ or mail a check to the 3rd CD by printing the attached registration form. REMEMBER – the delegates chosen to attend the 3rd CD convention are also considered to be delegates to the state convention in Milwaukee, June 1-2, 2019. This year we will be electing 3rd CD executive positions. If you know anyone who is interested in running for Chair, Vice Chair(s) East, North, Central, and South, Secretary, Treasurer, or Admin Representative, as well as Platform & Resolution Committee 3-year and alternate positions, please have them contact me for information. I have attached the position descriptions for your information.
